Liver Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. calf liver
flour, salt and pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 small can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. burgundy wine
Preparation

Dredge pieces of liver with flour and seasonings.
Brown gently on both sides in butter.
Make sauce by blending together the last four ingredients.
Pour over liver and cook 25 minutes on very low heat.
Place on hot serving platter, top with the sauce and serve.
Serves 4.
