Bacon-Cheese Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    2 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. black olives, sliced
    3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp; drain.
    Crumble bacon and set aside.
    Scrub potatoes.
    Cut into 3/8-inch thick slices.
    Arrange in single layer on 12-inch microwave-safe dish.
    Sprinkle with onions. Cook, covered with vented clear plastic wrap[, on High, 7 to 10 minutes, giving dish a half turn once.
    Sprinkle slices with bacon, olives and cheese.
    Cook, uncovered, on 50% power 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
