Liver In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    onions
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dry onion soup
    flour
Preparation
    Fry bacon. Remove from pan and saute onions in fat. Remove onions.
    Blanch liver. Coat with flour and fry in bacon fat. Remove and keep warm with onions.
    Add water and onion soup to bacon fat.
    Add flour to make gravy.
    Put liver and onions in bowl and pour gravy over.
