Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Slice zucchini (do not peel); cook in small amount of water until just crispy tender.
    Drain.
    Cook beef in skillet until lightly browned; add onion, cover and cook over low heat until onion is tender.
    Season to taste.
