Mocha Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz. each) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
    2 tsp. water
    1 lb. dark chocolate confectioners coating (almond bark)
    white confectioners sugar coating (optional)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips.
    Add cream cheese, coffee and water. Mix well.
    Chill until firm enough to shape.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
    Chill for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
    Melt chocolate coating.
    Dip balls and place on wax paper to harden.
    If desired, melt white coating and drizzle over truffles. Yields about 5 1/2 dozen.
