Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can English peas
    1 small can chicken
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Drain vegetables; add all ingredients together.
    Simmer on low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes.
    May need to add a small amount of water or extra barbecue sauce, depending upon desired consistency.
    (May substitute ground turkey for a low-fat stew.)
