Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
4 slices Colby cheese
paprika
Preparation

Cut cone-shaped wedge out of cauliflower core.
Place cauliflower and water in microproof casserole.
Cook covered on High (maximum power) 9 minutes.
Turn over halfway; drain.
Mix mayonnaise, onion, mustard and salt.
Spoon sauce over top of cauliflower.
Lay cheese slices on top.
Cook, uncovered, on 70 (Roast) 1 minute or until cheese melts.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
(Cooking time is 10 minutes.)
