Chili Cheese Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    dash of red pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften.
    Combine cheese with lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Fold in nuts.
    Shape into a roll about 2-inches in diameter.
    Roll in mixture of chili powder and paprika.
    These may be frozen.
    Serve at room temperature with assorted crackers.
