Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Dump pineapple into 9 x 13 x 2-inch ungreased pan (don't drain).
    Spread cherry pie filling over pineapple, then spread cake mix over pie filling.
    Sprinkle chopped nuts over cake mix. Add butter in thin pats or melt and pour over.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12 to 16 people.
