Spanish Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, fried with onion
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice (not Minute)
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    sliced Velveeta cheese
    bacon
Preparation
    Combine and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with sliced Velveeta cheese. Top with bacon. Cover for half of the cooking time.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
