Ahin'S Specialty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless and skinless chicken
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lup chong
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, with 1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. diced round onion
    1 stalk green onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (2.2 oz.) pkg. dry mushrooms, sliced and soaked in water until soft
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Fry
    boneless
    chicken with crushed garlic in oil, then slice cooked chicken into bite size pieces.
    Slice lup chong; fry separately.
    Combine
    chicken
    and lup chong with rest of ingredients,
    except
    green
    onions.
    Add
    salt
    and pepper to taste.
    Mix and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.\tGarnish with green onions.
