Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    salt
    pepper
    8 oz. thin noodles
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 to 4 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated and divided
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat with salt and pepper.
    (Pour off excess grease.)
    Cook noodles in boiling water.
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
    Combine other ingredients less 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with rest of Mozzarella.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 casseroles.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings each.
