Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    10 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    3 slices bread, cubed
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour in 9 x 13-inch greased casserole pan and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
