Frost Me Not Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
4 large eggs
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter in pan over low heat.
Add nuts and stir until well coated.
Combine sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla. Mix only until blended.
Do not beat.
Add chocolate and nut mixture and again stir carefully, not beating.
Pour into cupcake liners.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
