American Beef And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    Accent (seasoning)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large green pepper, sliced in rings
    1 large onion, sliced
    rice, cooked (enough for the group)
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil in heavy skillet.
    Add soup, water and seasonings.
    Simmer covered over low heat about 20 minutes. Additional water may be added if needed to keep liquid the consistency of rich gravy.
    Add pepper and onion rings to meat and continue cooking until tender.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
