Wild Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. strong chicken broth
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. minced lemon rind
    1 c. wild rice
    2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    In nonstick saucepan, heat 1/2 cup broth.
    When boiling, add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
    Add lemon rind and rice; stir well to coat vegetables.
    Add remaining 1 1/2 cups broth.
    Bring to boil; cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer, slowly, for 65 to 75 minutes, until rice is tender.
    Stir in sesame seed. Place in bowl and garnish with parsley.
    Serve immediately. Serves 4.
