Tuna-Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. noodles
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 (6 1/8 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain and set aside.
    Cook celery and onions in margarine until tender, but not brown.
    Add flour, then stir in soup.
    Cook and stir mixture until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in noodles.
    Turn noodle mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle top of casserole with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
