Ingredients

1 qt. coffee ice cream, slightly softened
9-inch graham or chocolate pie shell
1 pt. pistachio, butter pecan or vanilla ice cream
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/4 c. chopped pistachio nuts
Preparation

Spoon coffee ice cream in shell; spread evenly.
Top with scoops of selected ice cream.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with nuts.
Freeze at least 1 hour.
