Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (about 6 medium potatoes)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs (optional)

Preparation

Boil potatoes with skin on, peel and mash.
Combine all the ingredients and place in casserole.
