Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Mix dry ingredients and seasonings; add to pumpkin mixture.
    Fold in well.
    Spread in greased and floured 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
    Top with pecans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and turn out on towel sprinkled heavily with powdered sugar.
    Roll towel and cake together. Let cool.
