Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger meat
    1 chopped onion
    1 minced garlic
    1 small head cabbage, coarse shredded
    1/2 bag carrots, sliced
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook meat in skillet and drain.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in the
    water.
    Mix shredded cabbage, sliced carrots, chopped onion, garlic,
    bouillon broth, pepper and salt with the meat; toss well. Put in casserole dish and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir occasionally.
