Chicken Cutlets With Peppers And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken cutlets
    3 peppers, cut in pieces
    mushrooms (canned or fresh)
    salt and pepper
    garlic
Preparation
    Fill pan with olive oil just to cover bottom.
    Heat on low. Cut chicken in bite size pieces.
    Fry with garlic cloves (cut up). When the chicken turns white, add peppers, mushrooms, salt and pepper to your taste; simmer for 1/2 hour on low heat.
