Beefy-Vegetable Spears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    5 oz. sliced beef
    assorted fresh vegetables (4-inch spears) carrots, celery, etc.
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and horseradish.
    Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture on doubled beef slices.
    Place 1 vegetable spear in center and roll.
    Chill until served.
