Thai Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Putaks Vindaloo curry paste
1 large chicken breast
1 lb. Green Giant American mixtures New England style frozen vegetables
1 (14 oz.) can coconut milk
2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
5 c. cooked white rice
Preparation
-
Brown chicken.
Cook vegetables separately.
Cut up chicken into chunks.
Mix rest of ingredients together and serve over rice. (Hot and spicy; adjust curry paste to taste.)
