Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
    1 baked pie crust
    whipping cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 qt. strawberries
    softened cream cheese
Preparation
    Wash and cap strawberries.
    (You may slice the strawberries or leave them whole.)
    In a medium saucepan combine water, sugar and cornstarch.
    Bring to a boil and boil for about 1 minute.
    Add lemon juice and strawberry gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Cool.
    Carefully fold in strawberries.
    Spread softened cream cheese on cooled crust.
    Pour strawberry mixture into crust.
    Let set.
    Serve with whipped cream.
