Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    4 c. celery
    1 to 2 bunches green onions
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts
    2 c. fresh mushrooms
    3 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Slice celery and green onions.
    Brown hamburger, celery and onions.
    Drain.
    Slice mushrooms and water chestnuts in 1/2.
    Mix all ingredients together in crock-pot.
    Cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over Chinese noodles or cooked rice.
