Bean Chalupa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    7 c. water
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. chili pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 lb. pork
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 can green chiles
Preparation
    Place beans, pork, water, onion, garlic, seasonings and green chiles in a heavy kettle.
    Cook until thick.
    Serve over corn chips.
