Easy Family Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground Italian sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce or homemade
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian style peeled tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    9 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In medium skillet, brown sausage and onion.
    Drain grease. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
    In a greased 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish, spoon in enough sauce mix to cover bottom of pan.
    Then, layer 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the Ricotta cheese, 1/3 of sauce and 1/3 Parmesan cheese. Repeat two more times for a total of 3 layers.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.
