Ingredients

1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie refrigerator dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. pineapple juice or other fruit juice
assorted fruits
fruit juice and water to equal 1 c.
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Press cookie dough to fill medium size pizza pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly brown.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and pineapple juice until smooth.
Spread mixture on cooled crust.
Top with assorted fruits.
Add water to remaining pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
Add cornstarch and heat until thick.
Pour over fruit and chill.
