Chocolate Velvet Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    3 sq. bitter chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan.
    Boil until mixture spins a thread.
    Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until dissolved.
    Add vanilla and salt.
    Slowly add evaporated milk; stir constantly.
    Serve warm over vanilla ice cream.
