Fish Florentine(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1 c. 1% milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
    2 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Microwave spinach in a 1 1/2-quart casserole for 5 to 6 minutes on High; drain.
    Layer mushrooms and fish over spinach. Combine milk, flour, salt and tarragon, mixing well.
    Add margarine.
    Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on High or until mixture boils and thickens.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Pour mixture over fish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Cover.
    Microwave 7 to 10 minutes on High or until fish flakes.
