Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. bacon drippings or combinations of olive oil and Puritan
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 bunches spinach
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    12 strips bacon, chopped
Preparation
    Wash spinach and tear in bite size pieces.
    Chill.
    Cook bacon and reserve drippings.
    Make dressing from first 7 ingredients and keep warm.
    Toss salad with warm dressing.
    Serve with bacon and egg garnish.
    Makes 6 large salads.
