Volcano Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. hot milk
    2 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Add beaten egg yolks to mashed potatoes, then add salt, parsley and milk; mix together.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Mold into cones 3-inches high and place in a shallow baking dish.
    Make a deep indentation in the top of each cone and fill with grated cheese sprinkled with paprika.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
