Chicken Tetrazzini(Make Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    3 c. hot water
    salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 lb. spaghettini or noodles
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. heavy cream
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in water, adding salts. When done, remove meat from bones in big pieces.
    Reserve 2 1/2 cups broth.
    To rest of broth, add water and boil and drain pasta.
    Place in baking dish. In skillet, heat 3 tablespoons butter.
    Add mushrooms, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Saute until tender. Toss over pasta. Refrigerate covered.
