Dried Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried apples
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 box raisins
    1 1/2 c. nuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. allspice
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. jam, jelly, preserves or cherries
Preparation
    Melt butter and sugar. Add apples, while hot. Sift dry ingredients, then add those along with raisins and nuts to the hot mixture. Add the jam, jelly, preserves or cherries. Put in well-greased and floured pan. Pour in 2 stem pans. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
