Pork Or Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. skinless chicken
    2 lb. pork, cut into 1/4-inch thick pieces
    2 cloves garlic, fresh cut in small pieces
    1/4 Tbsp. peppercorns
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    4 pieces bay leaves
Preparation
    Salt and Accent sprinkle the meats.
    Mix all ingredients and boil until the sauce is almost gone.
    Cook on medium-high temperature until done.
