Sausage Casserole For Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread (crust off), cut into small pieces
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 1/2 lb. link sausage, cooked and cut in bite size pieces
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Put pieces of bread on bottom, then sausage and cheese.
    Beat eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk and mustard.
    Pour over the other ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, mix cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 cup of milk.
    Pour over all and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes (uncovered).
