Congealed Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large boxes orange jello
1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained, but save juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 large or 2 small boxes of Dream Whip
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix jello according to the directions on the package and pour into an 8 x 12 dish.
Allow to slightly congeal.
Drain crushed pineapple, reserve juice.
Add crushed pineapple to jello mixture and return to refrigerator until completely congealed.
