Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. light brown sugar (not packed)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2/3 c. quick-cooking oatmeal (uncooked)
    2/3 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans *
    1 deep dish pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    With electric mixer, combine eggs, sugars, vanilla, milk and butter.
    Mix until well blended.
    Stir in oats, coconut and pecans.
    Stir to mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until pie is set and lightly brown.
    Top with ice cream and caramel sauce.
