Yogurt Cucumber Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peeled, shredded cucumber, drained
    1 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and carefully blend.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours.
    Serve with crisp raw vegetables.
    Yields 3/4 cup.
    Serving size:
    2 tablespoons.
