Sweet And Sour Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can asparagus spears, drained
3 slices bacon, diced
1/3 c. julienne red or green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Arrange asparagus on serving dish.
Cook bacon until crisp. Stir in pepper and onion.
Cook 1 minute.
Spoon bacon over asparagus with 1 tablespoon bacon drippings.
Combine vinegar and sugar.
Drizzle over vegetables.
Serve immediately.
