Sesame Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/3 c. pure vegetable oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 (6 to 8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 (10 oz.) bunch fresh spinach
Preparation
    Heat sesame seed in large saucepan over medium heat until toasted.
    Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients except spinach.
    Cover.
    Chill.
    Tear and add spinach.
    Toss.
