Pepper Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. chopped onions, browned and water and grease drained off
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni or 1 c. raw macaroni, cooked
1 can mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook hamburger and onions; drain. Mix with other ingredients. Stuff in green peppers. Top with shredded cheese. Boil peppers for 5 minutes, then stuff. Freeze or cook. Cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Unthaw if frozen first. Cut off top of pepper and remove seed before boiling.
