Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooking oil
    confectioners sugar or syrup
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk in bowl.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to eggs and milk.
    Heat cooking oil in electric skillet.
    Put finger under funnel to \"stop up\" hole.
    Put in some batter.
    In the center of the skillet, drop batter in a circular motion by taking finger away.
    Fry until golden brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper toweling.
    Top with confectioners sugar or syrup.
