Mystical Chocolate Cheesecake(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

35 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Preparation

Finely roll 25 cookies; coarsely chop remaining 10 cookies and set aside.
In medium bowl, mix finely rolled crumbs and margarine.
Press on bottom and 1 inch up side of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Chill.
