Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. herb seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse well. In medium bowl, blend milk and egg. Add spaghetti and toss together. Spray 10 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Spread spaghetti mixture in prepared pan.
