Aunt Jo'S Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 sticks margarine or butter, melted (butter is the secret)
    1/2 c. flour
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour, salt and eggs.
    Stir just enough to blend eggs and sugar mixture.
    Do not beat.
    Add milk and vanilla and again stir just enough to blend.
    Add melted butter.
    Pour int pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour or until the center is firm when you shake it.
