Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. shortening (1 c. Crisco and 1/2 c. oil)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped pared apples
1 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Set aside.
In large bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add flour mix.
Beat until smooth.
Fold in apples, pecans and raisins.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
