Hot Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. chili mix
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and pepper in skillet.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in chili mix, tomato paste, cream cheese and water.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
    Serve warm.
