Linguine With Spinach, Carrots And Leeks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large carrots, cut into julienne strips
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced white part of leek, washed well and drained
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    1 lb. linguine*
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation
    *A mixture of tri-color pastas is nice with this recipe.
